Elyès Bousbih is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Tunis el-Manar and was TiT Fellow in 2013 and 2014. He holds an M.A. in Public law and Political sciences. He is part of a group of young researchers and contributed in a project and conference initiated by the President of Tunisia concerning the setting up of a Constitutional Court. His Master thesis dealt with the Tunisian constitutional assembly (‘’le pouvoir instituant de l’Assemblée Nationale Constituante’’). For his PhD thesis, he is investigating the legitimacy of governments.
