Abderrahmen Yaalaoui is a PhD student at the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences at the University of Carthage and board member of the Tunisian Association of Political Studies (A.T.E.P). He completed his Bachelor degree in legal sciences at the same university in 2003. His Master’s thesis dealt with the rules of procedure of the House of Counselors. He is currently working on “The constitutional judge and the public opinion” for his PhD thesis. In addition, he is teaching at the University of Nabeul.
