Aymen Briki is a researcher from the University of Sousse, with a master’s degree in political science and law. His master thesis was on German-Tunisian relations in the Tunisian transformation phase. Mr. Briki is a member of the SVEN project on digital humanities of Montclair University, USA, where he works on international relations and democratization theories focusing on the post-Arab Spring period. In 2014, he was a visiting researcher at the Max-Planck-Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law in Heidelberg, Germany. Mr. Briki is currently studying the impact of transnational factors on domestic politics, particularly national security and sustainable peace as a visiting research fellow at the University of Valencia, Spain.
